Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
