Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is dressed in a clean blue cloak covering his clean studded leather. He keeps his long golden hair kept up in a rat tail. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a blue coat. With bright blonde hair and a scraggly beard. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker blue hat.
Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: He got into the Merchant business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Assassin, but he was a colossal failure. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: He has a missing right leg. He is typically in his Shipwright uniform. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: He got into the Shipwright business at a young age. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.
History: Charles lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Blacksmith, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.
