Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: Adelard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Gunter lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it
