Personality: He is a Cartwright first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He worked as a nervous Cartwright and found it very stressful. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to unite with his sister

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thomas grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thomas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. A true patriot, Gerald would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Body Guard arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
