He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Lance was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
