His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born in the south. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a green shirt, with a violet mid length shorts with violet tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He sports a long silver beard, and similarly colored long hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. The war was a terrible time for him, and Trey does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He married young, but lost his spouse to giants. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy white stubble. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has a hunchback. He sports a flattop hair cut. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Patrick was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Patrick grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Patrick. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and wants to raise his children well
