Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. History: Born in the east to a Miller, Shane learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A gifted student he started as a Ruler, but he got bored and became a Brewer. He has achieved small success as a Brewer.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he's looking for his big break

Description: He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He has wavy blonde hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady green eyes.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Brewer soon after.

Motivation: To be a Miner again; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. His silver hair is braided into rings. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: This late middle aged man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down and is in decent physical shape. He keeps his red hair in a flapper bob. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Detective. Being a Detective kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and expand his business
