Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Gerald hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Anselm was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Anselm's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Gomory lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Alex hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Alex was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Body Guard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
