History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He tends to his Interpreter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: This tall, slender man sports tan clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Bernard abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a longsword, but if one is not available he will default to his spear. His hair is long and red with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Charles alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
