Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft grey waves gently in the breeze. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. This hazel eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Navigator. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Anthony was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now owns his own business.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. A true patriot, Conrad would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: The child of a Navigator, who enjoyed hunting, Conrad was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gifted student he started as a Navigator, but he got bored and became a Butcher. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Butcher for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Navigator again.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Gifted from a young age, Simon studied abroad. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and money/treasure
