History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He worked as a nervous Dilettante and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dilettante for hire.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he desires power and/or immortality

Hugh's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
