Description: 6'2" and muscular, this western man wears dull green sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed longsword, just in case. He has moderate length chestnut hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting drow, the young Heward began to lead the lost caravan. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: This late middle aged man sports white clothing, slightly heavier than average wear and is in decent physical shape. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His ears are large.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Drogo was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy brown hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Glassblower profession.
History: Born in the north to a Shipwright, Percival learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shipwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shipwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Shipwright like his mother before him.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and wants to work out more often

Description: A 5'5" southern man, he wears a blue vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars. He keeps his auburn hair in a flapper bob. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Guy was born with his mother's beautiful face. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Robert abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Expand his business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
