History: Born to a Cook, his father struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature ceremonial dagger.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Thomas alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: Guy lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He has never given up on his painting dream.
