Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his flail, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. His red hair is still thick. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lance embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A gifted student he started as a Shoemaker, but he got bored and became a Stableman. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This slender man stands about 5'4". He wears skinny pants and wears a brown and black robe with the hood down. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his broad brown hat.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His childhood dream was to be a Seamstress, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Slave Trader job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: William was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Servant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Servant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to be a spice merchant again
