History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Jocelyn and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His childhood dream was to be a Servant, but he was a colossal failure. He has worked as a Mercenary like his father before him.
