Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Hugh was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Spice Merchant they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Adventurer, and he later adopted a second son.
