Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Everard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: The child of a Herbalist, who enjoyed hunting, Everard was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'3". He is dressed in earthy colors with a blue and black handkerchief worn on his left side, and his gloved hand is found clutching a lance. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balimaar grew up listening to his father's many stories. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears long strands of aquamarine and short white dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Henry wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: This northern man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His clothes are grease stained in places. His white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hubert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Hubert reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
