Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Born to a Ruler, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Painter for hire.
Motivation: He has a crush on the local Ruler; and he wants to get laid

Description: He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with white lining and desert motifs. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Norman grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Norman. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and further expansion of business

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. He sports a flattop hair cut. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Charles's homeland. Charles decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Charles fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around his neck, and a hammer on his belt. His chestnut hair is cut short. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Tim was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he feels threatened by others

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He has achieved small success as a Dyer.
Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
