Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Frederick was born with his mother's beautiful face. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now mingles about in high society.
