Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. The war was a terrible time for him, and Percival does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bellfounder. He's also a talented Detective, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Frederick speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Anselm was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has never given up on his music dream.
