History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. After a long history of fighting, Norman and his spouse have recently divorced.
