History: Bertram was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a robe, a symbol of strength around his neck, and a rapier on his belt, and a wedding ring on his right hand. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerard grew up listening to his father's many stories. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. Gerald enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His hair is cut close to his head. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Soapmaker they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Baker, and he later adopted a second son.
