History: Gifted from a young age, Manfred studied abroad. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 78. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
