History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and has a large tan mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his white robe. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He keeps his long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Balimaar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ploughman. He has achieved small success as a Ploughman.

His brown hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he feels threatened by others

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his rapier, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Bernard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: He stands about 5'9" and wears a worn and beaten armor. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are brown and beady.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. A true patriot, Clerebold would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born into a rich family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has money and likes to spend it
