History: Gerald was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: This tall, slender man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. He has moderate length black hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: Kody hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When Kody reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
