Hubert Bentham, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A 6'6" northern man, he wears a grey armored body suit, with a simple white line shooting up and back down. His silver hair is greasy and uncared for. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Hubert was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Hubert decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
Flaws: Ugly, Shy. Bonds: Criminal record, Military. Occupation: Fisher
Voice: Ums and uhs a lot

Trey Wakefield, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Trey is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
Ideals: Fighting, Athletic, Justice, Entrepeneur. Flaws: Shy. Bonds: Rich. Occupation: Hunter

Chad Blackwood, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is a mite stocky and wears dull black sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed longsword, just in case. His black hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Ernest Harper, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears light armors faded through time and improper care, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'9" when asserting himself. He has a very tight haircut. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ernest was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and to reunite with his old friends
