Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His hair is auburn and curly. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: The child of a Spice Merchant, who enjoyed hunting, Hunter was taken on many hunting expeditions. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Architect hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Description: Standing 5'9", this man is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult.
