Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. Roger enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
