History: William was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his painting dream.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
