Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Guard they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Doctor, and he later adopted a second son.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and doesn't want to be a sage and was forced into it by his family
