History: Richard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and balancing his hectic life and new fletcher responsibilities is difficult

History: He got into the Doctor business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Doctor. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
