Personality: Gerard wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature dagger.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to share knowledge with the world

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He prefers to wear green clothing when he does not wear armor. He wears a colorful flower in his auburn hair. His eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was born in the west. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. John fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: An older man who wears a fancy blue suit, he is not a threatening figure. He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He was born in a small forest village. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Priest work with an outfit from a few towns over. Priest work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and a deep hatred of illithids
