History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Rolf embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears a tight fitting tan shirt and pants. He has silver hair. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Anselm is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and revenge

His hair is long and red with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: Nicholas hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He bought a greatsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it
