Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Hugh enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tanner for the past few years.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears dark leathers with embroidery. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to be a bellfounder again

Description: 6'1" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His hair is auburn and curly. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his scimitar with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His hair is short and brown. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Geoffrey was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Doctor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. He wears just a grey suit. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His brown hair is cut short. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and an old rival family wants him found
