Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Barrister born in the past three hundred years. A true patriot, Percival would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born in the south to a Barrister, Percival learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Percival never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
