History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Carter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Balimaar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is long and blonde with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small pastel clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Gerard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Banker. He has worked as a Banker like his mother before him.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He wears his silver hair down. He has hazel eyes.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He is typically in his Unemployed uniform, marred by sweets. He has wavy red hair. His eyes are violet and beady.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: The child of a Hunter, who enjoyed hunting, Cory was taken on many hunting expeditions. Cory liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a shortspear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new unemployed responsibilities is difficult
