Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Thomas was born with his father's beautiful face. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thomas grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thomas. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
