History: Bertram was born the youngest of three triplets. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Herbalist they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Shipwright, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and to end his boredom

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Born to a Architect, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
