History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Balimaar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
