Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Manfred alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears a tan tunic with blue highlights, and long yellow pants that bunch up around his shoes. His hair is golden and curly. He is baby faced.

Personality: Gerard wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Born in the east to a Brewer, Gerard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Brewer.

Description: With brown face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His hair is silver and curly. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Being a Spy kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears suspenders and green workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy green leather apron most of the time. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length chestnut hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has all his life been fascinated with singing.

History: Gerald hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and to get a good night's sleep
