History: Hugh hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. One day when Hugh was young, his mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his mother dropped to the ground dead. His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Hugh was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Born in the east to a Knight, Manfred learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Knight and found it very stressful. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Knight responsibilities is difficult.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a hand crossbow on his belt. His white hair and beard is wavy and long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the east to a Stylist, Heward learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Thomas was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Butcher. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: Hugh is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.
