When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He struck the Barrister job and began his own company from there.

He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mason for the past few years.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He uses divination through singing.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, William was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. William was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
