Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Being a Soapmaker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was born in the east. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting brigands, the young Anselm began to lead the lost caravan. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
