Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His silver hair is braided into rings. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Gilbert will drive conversation. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.
History: The child of a Animal Trainer, who enjoyed hunting, Gilbert was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Gilbert took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up kukri and armor he uses now. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a blue armored body suit, with a simple red line shooting up and back down. His tied-back hair is white. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Gomory was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. After a long history of fighting, Gomory and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He has dyed his greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Heward is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: He was born in the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.
Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. He has worked as a Spice Merchant like his father before him.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: He dresses in grey turtlenecks beneath a blue coat with grey slacks, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'9" when asserting himself. He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: Geoffrey hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Geoffrey was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is greedy
