Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He is portly but not overly obese. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Rolf hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Marshal business.

History: Rolf was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: He wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is tan, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. He is portly but not overly obese. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is a great chef.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Courier work with an outfit from a few towns over. Courier work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Courier job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'9" and wears suspenders and green workpants. His shirt is blue, and he wears a heavy green leather apron most of the time. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Thomas is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Thomas and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Kyle was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Reynard hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
