History: Born in the north to a Shepherd, Justin learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. He now owns his own business.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a simple grey robe with black stripes complete with hood, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His hair is white, silky, and of moderate length. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Miles is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Everard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
