Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Clerebold's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Clerebold fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: He wears a tattered pair of loose black pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly glaives and longbows. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kody grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kody. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gunter grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: This man tends to wear a large brown jacket. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on his left hand. His red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Bookbinder business.

History: Gunter was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Gunter was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gunter decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Ruler. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born in the south to a Ruler, Alex learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has worked as a Ruler like his mother before him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
