Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a brown coat. His chestnut hair is knotted and matted. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is greedy

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gifted student he started as a Cartwright, but he got bored and became a Priest. He became a Priest soon after.
Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and revenge

Description: Standing 5'10", this man is dressed in a clean black cloak covering his clean studded leather. His golden hair is greasy and uncared for. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Frederick was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. After a long history of fighting, Frederick and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he has a crush on the local apothecary

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He prefers to wear tan clothing when he does not wear armor. He wears his golden hair up. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hunter does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
