Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Peter was born with his mother's beautiful face. His first spouse was a Miner, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
