History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Lance learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
